Domestic
shipping and handling charges total a flat rate of only $7.50 per order.
When you check out the low shipping and handling fee with be automatically
added on. Obviously the larger your order, the more you save on shipping
charges, and we invite you to increase your order and share with your
friends.
We use UPS as our primary method of shipping in the United States and
Canada. 2nd day air is our standard method and all orders that go out
2nd day air are processed in the order they are received. We ask that
you allow between 5-7 days for us to process your order, however we
usually ship within 3-4 days.
United
States Postal Service Rules: As UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, it is
necessary to have a street address when having anything shipped UPS. If
this is not possible we will be more than happy to ship your package via
the United States Post Office, however this method is not guaranteed, as
there is no tracking available.
Change
of Address Charge: Please make sure that you give us the EXACT address
where you want your package delivered. UPS will make up to 3 delivery
attempts and they use their discretion on whether or not to leave a
package if you are not home. Please do not ask UPS to deliver your
package to another address if you are not able to receive the package at
the address you have given us! Each time this happens we are charged
$10.00 for an address correction, and you in turn will be charged this
amount if you ask them to change the delivery address.
International
International
customers have two shipping options, Regular International Airmail or
Express Mail. PLEASE NOTE that with Regular Airmail there is no tracking
or tracing available, and the packages are not insured! This means that
once the package leaves us it is not guaranteed, and if it is lost, Aloe 1st Edition Distributing
cannot be responsible for replacing it. The Express Mail option is
guaranteed to arrive in 5 business days (excluding customs processing,
if any). Though this option is more expensive, it is traceable and
insured, so that if the order should go astray it can be located, and if
necessary, replaced.
